We invite you to come and join us for our second event on September 24-25, 2010. Our location is on beautiful Lake Oconee at Georgia Power’s Old Salem Park.
Each participating team will receive their own campsite which offers a picnic table and campfire area. All our spots are RV capable with a 30 amp AND 20 amp standard plug for your convenience. Along with the power each site is equipped with permanent water which will meet any demand. The park also offers a dump station and a boat ramp.There are several lakeside sites that will be on a first come first serve basis. These sites are an additional $50.00.
Along with the campsites we offer shower facilities and a beach area for everyone to enjoy. We hope that you bring your entire family to enjoy the festivities and the amenities that we are going to offer. Our goal is to provide a first rate location with a mix of classic Central Georgia hospitality.
Old Salem Park is a mile and a half away from a Publix grocery store as well as many restaurants ranging from bar & grill, to a Japanese steakhouse, pizza, fast food, all the way to fine dining.
Arts & crafts and food vendors will enjoy a asphalt surface which will give ample space for your sites.
This is our second year of hosting this contest and we are committed to continue to making it the best that it can be.
